Arabian Capital Investment and Finance Company (K.S.C.C) is an Islamic Investment Company incorporated in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law No. 15 of 1960 and the amended laws thereto supervised under the Central Bank of Kuwait with a paid up capital of Kuwaiti Dinars 16.7 million ($60 million). We render contemporary investment and financial services and products, in conformity with the Islamic Shari’a.

Our ambition is to become the leading provider for Shari’a compliant real estate, equity and private equity related products in the State of Kuwait and throughout the MENA region.

ACI has been awarded an EGP 100 million BOT contract by the Cairo Governorate to develop an automated parking project in Roxy, Cairo, Egypt. With a capacity of 1700 Car spaces.

ACI through its educational arm in Egypt, have started the development of an International Language school located in Sheikh Zayed – 6th of October City, Cairo. With capacity of 700 students, The development expected to be completed on Aug 2010 and the school to operate the next educational year 2010/2011

ACI as a Finance Arranger successfully closed a restructuring deal for total debts of Arabian C Real Estate Company for KD 27.75 million.

ACI has been granted a license by the Dubai Financial Services Authority to operate as an authorized firm (as an Islamic Investment Bank) in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). From their offices at the DIFC, ACIFC will provide a wide range of financial services that will include arranging credits or deals in investments, advising on financial products or credit, dealing in investments as principal and as agent, arranging custody and managing assets.
