Although a recent entrant into the market, we have been able to launch our first initiative which is a major Real Estate company; Arabian C Real Estate Company (“ACR”) is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company incorporated in accordance with the Kuwaiti Commercial Companies law, Decree No.15 of 1960, as amended and regulated by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. With a paid up capital of KD 40 million (US $ 145 million), the company’s activity focuses on real estate development and the overall management of a variety of strategic investments in the real estate and infrastructure in GCC/MENA region. Arabian C Real Estate Company’s shareholders are as follows:

• 30% Arabian Capital Holding Company
• 20% Arabian Capital Investment and Finance Company
• 19% Bahrain Islamic Bank
• 20% Muthana Investment Company*
• 10% Al Nakheel United Real Estate Company*
• 1% Others
